TERMS & CONDITIONS

​1. Introduction
Welcome to ServiSol! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ServiSol platform, owned and operated by Invira Sweden AB  company registered in Sweden with Org.nr: 559268-1067 and VAT nr SE559268106701. By using the ServiSol User App or ServiSol Professional App (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. ServiSol acts solely as a facilitator, connecting users and professionals. The contract for services is directly between the user and the professional. ServiSol is not a party to this contract and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or legality of the services provided.
 
2. Definitions
  • Platform: Refers to the ServiSol User App and ServiSol Professional App, including all associated services.
  • User: Refers to individuals who use the ServiSol User App to book services.
  • Professional: Refers to individuals who offer and provide services through the ServiSol Professional App.
  • Service: Refers to the tasks or jobs that Professionals offer and Users book through the Platform.
  • Company: Refers to Invira Sweden AB operator of the ServiSol platform.
     
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must register for an account. Users and Professionals must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
 
4. User Obligations
As a User of the ServiSol User App, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when booking a service.
  • Pay for services through the Platform using the available payment methods.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Treat Professionals with respect and courtesy.
     
5. Professional Obligations
As a Professional using the ServiSol Professional App, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and truthful information about the services you offer.
  • Perform the services you offer with a high degree of skill, professionalism, and care.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax and labor laws.
  • Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications required to perform your services.
     
6. Booking and Payment
Users may book services through the ServiSol User App. Payment for services will be processed through the Platform using the payment methods provided. Professionals will receive payment for completed services after the deduction of ServiSol's commission.
 
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Users may cancel booked services subject to the cancellation policies outlined in the Platform. Refunds may be issued in accordance with these policies. Professionals are expected to honor all accepted bookings, and repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
 
8. Ratings and Reviews
After a service is completed, Users may rate and review Professionals. Professionals may also rate and review Users. These ratings and reviews will be publicly available on the Platform and are intended to foster a trustworthy community.
 
9. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a User and a Professional, ServiSol encourages the parties to resolve the issue directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved, ServiSol may assist in mediating the dispute, but does not guarantee a resolution.
 
10. Prohibited Activities
Users and Professionals agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
  • Misrepresenting their identity, qualifications, or services.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Harassing or threatening other Users or Professionals.
  • Using the Platform for purposes other than those intended.
     
Limitation of Liability
  • Liability Limitation:
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiSol is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or the services provided by professionals. This includes, but is not limited to, any disputes between users and professionals, or any damages resulting from services provided.
       
12. Indemnification
  • Reinforcement of Indemnification:
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServiSol, Invira Sweden AB ts affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any disputes arising from services provided by professionals.
 
13. Jurisdiction-Specific Clauses
These Terms of Service are governed by Swedish law, but local laws may apply depending on the region in which the services are performed, including but not limited to Spain. Where there are discrepancies between these Terms and local laws, local laws will prevail.
 
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Invira Sweden AB or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users and Professionals may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express permission.
 
15. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
ServiSol is committed to protecting the privacy and data of its Users and Professionals in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
 
16. User Content and Feedback
By submitting content to the Platform, including reviews and feedback, you grant Invira Sweden AB a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for purposes related to the operation of the Platform.

17. Insurance and Liability Coverage
ServiSol may offer optional insurance coverage for certain services. This coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance policy, which will be provided to Users and Professionals as applicable. ServiSol's liability for any claims arising from such insurance shall be limited to the extent of the coverage provided.
 
18. Communication and Notifications
ServiSol may communicate with you through email, SMS, or notifications within the Platform regarding your account, bookings, or updates to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is up to date and for regularly reviewing any such communications.
 
19. Force Majeure
ServiSol shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or strikes.
 
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
 
21. Termination
ServiSol reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.
 
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
 
23. Modifications to Terms
ServiSol reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
