ServiSol Intellectual Property Policy
1. Introduction
This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") outlines the intellectual property rights of Company Invira Sweden AB Org.nr: 559268-1067 ("ServiSol," "we," "us," or "our") and the obligations of users ("Users") and professionals ("Professionals") who use the ServiSol platform, including the ServiSol User App and ServiSol Professional App (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
2. Ownership of Intellectual Property
a. Platform Content

All content on the ServiSol platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and any other materials or content (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Invira Sweden AB Org.nr: 559268-1067 or its licensors. This Content is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
b. Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the Platform (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Invira Sweden AB Org.nr: 559268-1067 or third-party licensors. Unauthorized use of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited.
3. User-Generated Content
a. Ownership of User-Generated Content

Any content that you submit, post, or otherwise make available on or through the Platform, including but not limited to reviews, comments, feedback, photos, and videos ("User-Generated Content"), remains your property. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant ServiSol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.
b. Responsibility for User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the User-Generated Content you submit to the Platform. You agree not to submit any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or that violates any applicable laws. ServiSol reserves the right to remove or modify any User-Generated Content that it deems to be in violation of this Policy or any applicable laws.
4. Use of Platform Content
a. Limited License

ServiSol grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Content or Trademarks.
b. Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from the Content without the express written consent of ServiSol. You may not use the Trademarks without the prior written permission of ServiSol or the respective trademark owner.
5. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
a. Notice of Infringement

If you believe that any Content or User-Generated Content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you may notify us by providing the following information:

A description of the intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.

A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Platform.

Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Your electronic or physical signature.

b. ServiSol's Response

Upon receiving a notice of alleged infringement, ServiSol will investigate the claim and, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
6. Modifications to This Policy

ServiSol reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
